MATH 112 - Beginning And Intermediate Algebra (Part II) (4 credit hours) Offered in Fall, Winter Terms (4-0-0) The second of two courses designed for the student placing into Beginning Algebra and needing Intermediate Algebra. The material covered includes rational expressions and equations, functions, quadratic equations, radicals and radical equations, absolute value equations and inequalities, and exponential and logarithmic equations. To complete the course outcomes for Intermediate Algebra, students must pass both Beginning and Intermediate Algebra Part I (MATH 110 ) and Beginning and Intermediate Algebra Part II (MATH 112).
