PE 101 - Physical Fitness I (2 credit hours) Offered in Fall, Winter and Summer Terms (1-2-0) This class is an introductory level physical conditioning course with the emphasis on teaching the fundamentals of physical activity as a lifelong form of healthy living. The course will investigate the five health related components of physical fitness, anatomy and exercise physiology through practical application.
