ARTS 260 - Blacksmithing (3 credit hours)

Offered in Fall terms (3-0-0)
An introduction to the fundamental techniques of forging and metalsmithing. Course demonstrations emphasize proper techniques for forging, fabrication, and finishing. Also introduces design processes, ergonomic and functional problems, and the construction of mechanisms.
