ENG 095 - College Prep Writing (3 credit hours)

Offered in Fall, Winter, Summer Terms (3-0-0)
Develops students’ writing skills to prepare them for college-level writing in ENG 111. Students will transition from paragraphs to essays. They will write, edit, and revise expository prose. This course is offered on a Pass-Fail basis and does not count toward graduation. Students must earn a 75% or better to pass.
PREREQUISITE(S): Successful completion of ENG 090, or mandatory placement per COMPASS (reading, writing, and e-write) or ACT scores. Contact Student Services.
