MATH 150 - Analytic Geometry & Calculus I (5 credit hours) Offered in Fall, Winter Terms (5-0-0) The first course in a three semester sequence in differential and integral calculus. An introduction to analytic geometry, limits, continuity, differentiation of algebraic and transcendental functions, applications of derivatives, integration and applications of definite integrals. Use of graphing calculators and current technology are emphasized. PREREQUISITE(S): MATH 140 with a grade of “C” or higher, or placement determined by ACT, SAT and/or North Central Assessment/Placement scores.
