B 290 - Business Law I (3 credit hours) Offered in Fall, Winter Terms (3-0-0) An introduction to the fundamental principles of laws for business and non-business students. The course covers the laws and regulations affecting business conduct. Content includes the nature and source of laws; the ethics and responsibilities of running a business; business organizations and government regulations.
